Powers Of Court In Dealing With Reference For Sanction
(1) Any
court dealing with reference may exercise such powers as may be
exercised by the appeal hearing court.
(2) If, in examining a reference for sanction, it appears that
the verdict of the judgment of the lower court is not in order and any
alteration can be made therein, the concerned parties shall be
summoned to appear, by giving the time-limit of fifteen days.
